Lord, I need Your strength today.
Life is filled with moments when we feel overwhelmed and uncertain, yearning for strength to keep going. As believers, we are blessed with a divine source of strength—God Himself. When we acknowledge our dependence on Him, we invite His power to work in our lives, renewing and uplifting us even in the hardest times.
God’s Strength in Our Weakness
In our weakest moments, God reveals His strength most clearly. As Paul reminds us in 2 Corinthians 12:9:
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
When we feel like we can’t carry on, God provides the strength we need, reminding us that we are never alone.

How to Draw Strength from God
- Pray Boldly: Pour your heart out to God, asking Him to renew your strength.
- Meditate on Scripture: Reflect on verses like Isaiah 40:31:
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” - Worship Through the Storm: Praising God shifts our focus from the problem to His power.
- Trust His Plan: Even when life feels chaotic, trust that God is working for your good.

Finding Rest in God
Sometimes, what we need most is rest in His presence. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Resting in God doesn’t mean inactivity—it’s a spiritual surrender, trusting Him to carry what we cannot.
